'Girls Next Door' star Kendra Wilkinson Engaged to Philadelphia Eagle Hank Baskett

It's official: Hugh Hefner's youngest ex is gearing up for an aisle walk.

Outspoken "Girls Next Door" star Kendra Wilkinson is engaged to hunky Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver Hank Baskett, Hefner confirmed in a statement to the Daily News on Thursday. And he plans to give her away.

"Kendra Wilkinson has met someone who she would like to spend the rest of her life with," the Playboy founder said.

"His name is Hank Baskett, a wide receiver for the Philadelphia Eagles, and he popped the question last Saturday. I have given her my blessing and will be giving her away at a very special wedding ceremony at the Playboy Mansion this coming June."
Wilkinson, 23, only recently admitted that the two were an item, just after confirming that she and Hefner, 82, had split.

"He's a fine piece of a--," Wilkinson told Chelsea Handler last month about her new beau. "He's hot."

The couple live on separate coasts, but keep in, uh, touch via online video connector Skype. According to Wilkinson, it's "way better than phone sex."

Ahem.

Wilkinson, who dated Hefner for four years, is currently moving out of the Playboy Mansion.

"I want Hef to be happy," she has said. "That's all I care about."

Hefner recently cleaned house, splitting with longtime loves Holly Madison and Bridget Marquardt, as well as Wilkinson. He's since moved on with 19-year-old twins Karissa and Kristina Shannon, with, he says, more ladies to come.

Ok I don't know about yal, but I love " The Girls Next Door". I thought they were just too funny especially Kendra!!! From What I'm hearing, all girls have split from the 82 year old Hugh M. Hefner, and he has already moved in a set of identical twins and 19 year old psychology student.

I don't know what will happen to the show, but I know if they keep it on without the original girls, it will not be the same. If you are a fan of the show the next episode is speaking of someone getting married. It could Be K-Dog(lol) Or it could be Holly, who has been linked and spotted around with Criss Angel. Cant wait til sunday to see!!!

Striptease Aerobics: Sex Up Your Workout

Looking for a new and exciting workout? Feeling like indulging in a little risque behavior that will help you get fit and boost your confidence? Then stripaerobics is exactly what your body needs. Striptease workouts have been around for quite some time and they're wildly popular because they help you move with more confidence. A majority of the workouts available on DVD use a combination of strength, flexiblity, and dance moves that make the workout incredibly balanced.

The series of sexy moves tone and tighten areas of your body that are often neglected by other workout programs and the constant movement (standing to squating to kneeling to pushups to deadlifts) is great for increasing endurance and flexibility. The DVDs are as diverse as the instructors so you can find tame and fun as well as wild and sexy. Just check out the guide below to find the workout that is ideal for you.

Hot:Carmen Electra Aerobics Striptease
This is about as hot as they come. Carmen, takes you through a warm-up and a series of hot moves that include deep squats, hip rolls, and floorwork that is very true to real life stripping (don't ask me how I know that...). There is some flirty spanking and finger biting and the dance moves are incredibly sexy. If you are a bit more reserved you may want to check out some of the other choices. If you're ready to get crazy just be sure to take it easy with the head flips or your neck will get incredibly sore. You may also want to start with her Fit to Strip DVD which is a workout that gets you fit for her Strip Aerobics workout. Her other workouts include: Lap Dance, Hip Hop, and Advanced Striptease.

Fun:Urban Striptease Aerobics
Tricia Murphy has been teaching strip aerobics to packed classes at Seattle's Urban Fitness since 2001. She is a group fitness instructor with a formal dance background and her striptease workout is incredibly fun. You'll go through a strip inspired warm-up then proceed through mini circuits that when put together form a fun and flirty routine. Everyone in the video is very real and down to earth which provides for a great learning environment. There are some sections of the video that may be too tough like the Judo pushup and others that are too easy but Tricia encourages you to take it at your own pace and with your own style so you can definitely make it as difficult or easy as you like.
Sensual:The S Factor : Strip Workouts for Every Woman
Want less working out and more sensuality in your life. This book received rave reviews from Allure, Entertainment Tonight, and Us Magazine. It focuses more on sensuality and features slow, warm-ups, spine circles and hip circles plus strenuous motions, like the rocking cat-cow, peel and rolls, grinds, pounces, arches. There is also pole work, that Barbara Walters tried on The View, so you know you can do this too.

Okay so Ive been thinking about other fun ways to keep myself in shape and to change up my exercise routine to keep my body guessing right? Well after hearing so much about it, seeing it everywhere, and my kickboxing instructor begging me to come to the class because she thinks i would really like it. I have decided to go ahead and try out the striptease aerobics class. Now from the people i know personally who has done it love it and has moved on to the pole dancing classes!!! They say that it does take alot of discipline and that it does shape, tone, and mold your muscles.

So the next time they have the class, ya girl will be hitting it up!!lol If I like it alot then i will be buying the complete Carmen Electra Striptease dvd set.lol I heard she is the bomb at it!! And if she can mess with Prince and be married to Rodman, I'm quite sure she got some moves for that a@%!!!lol

Teens Divulge Risky Behavior on Social Networking Sites

More than half of teens who use the social networking site MySpace have posted information about sexual behavior, substance abuse or violence, new research shows.

The good news, according to a second study from the same research group, is that a simple intervention -- in this case, an-e-mail from a physician -- made some of the teens change their risky behaviors.

"I was surprised, at least to some extent, at how clearly teens were discussing behaviors that we struggle to get out of them," said Dr. Megan Moreno, an assistant professor of pediatrics at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

"Once we started getting the findings, we wondered, why are they doing this?" Moreno said. "Do they not get it? And, if they don't understand that this is public, can we send them a cautionary message to let them know just how public their information really is?" Moreno was working at the University of Washington and Seattle Children's Research Institute at the time the studies were done.
"We need to devise ways to teach teens and their parents to use the Internet responsibly," study senior author Dr. Dimitri Christakis, director of the Center for Child Health, Behavior and Development at Seattle Children's Research Institute, said in a statement.

Results from the two studies appear in the January issue of the Archives of Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine.

More than 90 percent of teens in the United States have access to the Internet, according to background information from the studies. About half of all teens who use the Internet also use social networking sites, such as MySpace and Facebook. MySpace boasts more than 200 million profiles, according to the studies, and about one-quarter of those belong to teens under 18.

Moreno and her colleagues randomly selected 500 MySpace profiles from people who reported their age as 18. They collected the information during the summer of 2007.

They found that 54 percent of the profiles contained information on risky behaviors, with 24 percent referencing sexual behaviors, 41 percent referring to substance abuse and 14 percent posting violent information.

Factors associated with a decreased risk of posting risky behaviors included displaying religious involvement or involvement with sports or hobbies.

For the second study, the researchers randomly selected 190 profiles of people between 18 and 20 who displayed risky behaviors, such as sexual information. Half were sent an e-mail from a physician that pointed out that the physician had noticed risky behavior on their profile and suggested changing the displayed information. The e-mail message also provided information on where to be tested for sexually transmitted diseases.

Almost 14 percent of those who got the e-mail deleted references to sexual behavior, compared with 5 percent of the others.

"This was a creative and unique way to reach kids," said Kimberly Mitchell, the author of an accompanying editorial in the same issue of the journal and a research professor at the Crimes Against Children Research Center at the University of New Hampshire in Durham.

Mitchell advised parents not to try to forbid their children from using these sites altogether. "It's important for parents to understand how important these social networking sites are to kids," she said. "They're here to stay, and they're not all evil. There can be some really positive aspects to these sites. But adolescents aren't necessarily thinking 10 years ahead, when employers or college administrators may look at these sites. Teens live in the here and now, so parents need to talk to kids about the longer-term impacts and help them think through some of the repercussions."

Moreno suggested that parents ask teens to show them their MySpace or Facebook pages. "Teens will definitely balk, but they balk at lots of things, like curfews," she said. "Some parents feel it's a violation of privacy, like reading a diary, but it's out there, it's public."

Parents should use this information as a conversation starter, Moreno suggested.

My 2009 Has Kicked Off With A Bang!!!

Hello blogworld!!! I hope all had a wonderful, safe, fun New Year? I know some partied long and hard, some went to church, and some may have just stayed at the crib and chilled.

I myself went to a friends party and had a blast!!!! It was almost like havin a high school reunion, cuz EVERYBODY in there was people I went to school with and hadn't seen for awhile. So it was great to catch up and bring in a new year.

It was a very casual down to earth cool mellow crowd. Everyone was def getting their grown and sexy swag on!!lol The music was bumping, drinks was flowin, laughter, dancing, picture taking, and food!!! OMG!!! The food was great!!! Bbq ribs, meatballs, greens, mac & cheese, green beans, the works!!! And it was all free!!!!

Then the countdown began!!! Everyone had their hats, lights, noise makers as we watched the ball drop to bring in a new year!!! Now throughout the night the dj kept asking people their resolutions and goals for 2009. He said whatever the majority was he would play a song representing the most voted one.

So after hitting one and everyone screaming, hugging, crying, just bein overwhelmed with the start of a new year, the dj says" Okay we have a tie for the most common resolution/goal for the new year! Here's the 1st joint." Everyone stops and waits.......then blastin out the speaker came........." I get money...I I get money..." so you know it went bananas!!!!lol then we were jammin to that and the dj says," okay here's the other song...this ones is strictly 4 the ladies!" Then of course the ladies anthem came blarin out..." All my single ladies...all my single ladies!!"

Needless to say it went down!!!! So much fun, no drama, no stress, no fights, just love, respect, happiness, and the eagerness of a great new year!!

I'm very much looking forward to this new year. There are a lot of great things that will be goin on in my life and those around me. Like today is my dads last day of work after 43 years at the post office and serving 8 years in the army. I give my papi mad props for working as hard as he does. Becasue of him, I've learned the value of hard work. I've been working since I was 12, by choice, so I def know what work is. And I def am honored to have had that example in my life.

I also have a lot of personal projects that I'm working as mentioned in an earlier blog about some charities and organizations I want to startup. I have always had these plans in my heart and mind, but must admit I had kind of put them on the backburner. But that's all over time to get it poppin as my bestfriend would say( I see ya Mr.Jwork). Looking at how far his company has come has inspired me more than ever!! Which reminds me, they just launched their hot website and yall need to check it out!! They are the best newest clothing line in the midwest in my opinion!! You wanna be fresh to death check them out at www.jworklimited.com. They got some hot ish so be on the lookout cuz Jwork is on the rise!!!

I just feel so energized and excited about this year!! I can only imagine what God has planned for me?? I have let go of so much pain, anger, stress, fears, and friends. No negativity in 2009. Only happiness and success for me! And if ya can't bring that to the table then ya need to excuse yaself!!

I've started off to a great year! I've lost the weight I wanted(yea baby!!) goal was 15-20 pds and I lost 23!! I said I wasn't bringing bad friendships into 09 so I'm proud to say that I'm 2 people lighter!! Yea had to lay those friendships to rest. And believe me there were NO tears at that funeral!!lol I know I have more services to attend, what about yall???lol

My next big goal is to finally get situated for this move I'm going to be making. I have until march 1st to make up my mind what I'm going to do? I know I'm leaving for sure beacuse I need to be away from all the stress, hurt, and drama that was around me in 2008. I need to surround myself with positive, fun, loving, intelligent, funny, goal oriented, supportive people. I need people around me that will shine with me & not block my shine!! I told ya if ya blockin, you will get left behind!!! You're either with me or against me!!

So my moving choice was Orlando, FL, but because of my profession I can pretty much go anywhere. And I have been receiving offers from all over the place!!!lol So I ask to my friends here in blogworld.......Where should I go?? Tell me somethings about where yall live or where your from?? I must admit I am a very very warm/hot climate type of person, but I'm pretty much open to anywhere.

Well that's enough of that!!!lol Stop by and let me know what yall did for new years, what's your resolutions/goals for 2009, are yall puttin any friendships to rest? What was the deciding factor for you living where you live, or staying where you were born??

Hope to hear from yall soon!!! Have a great weekend!!! Smooches
