AT LAST

I didn't want to blog about one of the most historical moments in history because I knew all of my blogger fam would be putting up posts as well as the rest of the world. But I will say I am very proud, honored, inspired and excited for the next 4 to 8 years!!!

Beyonce said it best with the song she performed for the President and First Lady's 1st dance:



If you've been following me for awhile you know how I feel about this song. Its one of my all time favorites because it has so many meanings to it. And on Tuesday Jan 20, 2009, a new meaning was added to it!

Fear & Frustration

Fear and frustrations are useful things. When you're in a swirl of frustation because you can't see the way out or you hate your life, that energy fires up the cylinders. It's like cranking the motor that drives.

Fear of failure is the best motivator there is. At least until you're enlighten enough to be completely fearless, which is the ultimate goal for all of us, right?

Appreciate how fears of failure and of wasted opportunity can drive a person forward.
