So as of today I am about 1 1/2 weeks away from going on a much needed vacation!! alot has been going on between work, school, family, friends, and moving. I haven't really told alot of people I'm moving. I've really only told those who I really speak to on a daily basis and who actually has good vibes and energy and no hateration as Mary J would say.lol

This will not be just a vacation to visit my sister and nephew, but it will also include work too!! I plan on checking out some apts and condos, some other job prospects, as well as a few of the college campuses. I really want to have everything in order so when it's time to go I won't have to worry about anything!! Just a nice smooth transition!

But all will not be work! Me and my sis has been needing a good vacation it's not even funny! Even though she's not going out of town, it will still be a vacation since having my nephew. She is the best mom ever, but even the best needs a break. I'm hoping I can talk her into driving into Miami for a day or so for some real fun!!lol And me knowing her, she will be down!!!lol

There is just so much to do down there that its not even funny! I have been trying to figure out what to pack since I booked my ticket!!lol I'm trying not to pack alot because I know we are gonna tear the malls down!!! The last time I went to visit I came back with 2 bags instead of the 1 huge bag I had initially took down with me!!lol I can still remember my dad looking at me like I was crazy with all the stuff I brought home!!!hehehehe

I am sooo looking forward to seeing my nephew too!! He's crawling and trying to walk!! My goodness I remember when I got the call at work that she was going into labor!!! it seems like it was yesterday now he's a big boy now!!! and he's just too handsome!! So yall know titi Ran will have maaaaaddd pics up when I get back!!!lolol And his mom and dad will just have to be upset because I will be spoiling the mess out of him too!! Hey since I don't have my own yet I can spoil him and my god daughter anytime and anyhow I want!!!

She worked two jobs—in the morning as a secretary at the Pentagon and in the night as a singing and dancing waitress on a dinner cruise ship- The Spirit of Washington- to pay for Howard University. She graduated with a degree in Theater Arts. Her son Marcel was born in 1995; his father, M.J. was murdered in 1997. Taraji's father died in 2006.

Henson has said in an interview that her philosophy in life is: "Love as often as you can. Dance like nobody's watching. Travel. Eat. Try new foods because, like my character says, you never know what's coming for you and when it's time to let go, you got to let go."

Ms. Henson has appeared in the films Four Brothers (2005), Talk To Me (2007), Smokin' Aces (2007), Tyler Perry's The Family That Preys (2008), and Not Easily Broken (2009). Henson performed the song at the Oscars on March 5, 2006 with the group.

Henson has made several appearances on music videos. Henson appeared in the rapper Common's music video called Testify in 2005 as the wife of a soon to be convicted murderer. On December 5, 2008, Jamie Foxx premiered his new music video "Just Like Me" on TBS featuring Henson and T.I.

I love her!!! I remember first seeing her on the old tv show " Smart Guy ". When I saw her in a bigger role was of course in " BabyBoy ". She has come a looooong way from those " Smart Guy " days. I mean she's playing Brad Pitts mother in one of the biggest movies of the year!!! Keep on rockin it out momma!!!

Tyler Perry Plans Sequel

Perry is currently writing the sequel, which would be titled Why Did I Get Married Too? and would reunite the original cast, which included Janet Jackson, Jill Scott, Michael Jai White, and Perry himself in a non-Madea role. In fact, Perry told the site he wouldn’t do the sequel without the original cast - all of them. From what most people say about working with Perry though, I doubt that will be a hard thing to accomplish. His actors and his viewers tend to be very fond of the experience Perry provides.

As far as a story, Perry wouldn’t give any details, saying it was too early to reveal what the movie would be about; just that he had more to say on marriage than he said in the first film.

I'm soooo excited to hear about this!! If you haven't seen " Why Did I get Married?" Then you def need to check it out before the sequel comes out!!! You should also check out, " The Marriage Conuselor" as well. It is an actual play by Tyler Perry that has yet to be turned into a movie. But as good as it is, it's only a matter of time before it is!!
